What is Soul Shine Sessions?
Awaken your soul’s natural radiance and end your day feeling grounded, glowing, and empowered.
In this 90-minute guided practice, qigong practitioner, sound healer and energy intuitive Dawn invites you for a rejuvenating and restful evening at Errant Empire to reconnect with your inner light through a harmonious blend of breath-work, modern qigong movement, sound healing and meditation.
Together, we’ll cultivate grounding energy and elevate to “love and above” frequencies, to align you to the highest outcomes for you, the rest of your week and beyond.
What to expect?
Prepare to leave this session feeling peaceful, centered and radiant, ready to carry your brilliance into the world with joy and wind your week down with ease. Allow the movements and sounds to harmonize and soothe your entire being and prepare you for a relaxing and calm evening.
Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to the practice, all are welcome to come together and share good vibes. Let’s ignite our Saturday together with some self-love, peace and ease.
When coming to a Soul Shine Session
- Wear loose fitting clothing
- We have yoga mats but if you would like to bring your own please feel free
- Water bottle or tea mug
- We offer reverse osmosis water and herbal tea blends for before or after your class
Fee Schedule and Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
