Acupuncture
What is community acupuncture?
Community Acupuncture is a style of acupuncture that occurs in a relaxed group setting. Treatments take place in recliner chairs and the needles are placed in the arms, legs and ears.
Acupuncture is often more effective with frequent treatment and the community setting makes this more affordable. Payment is made on a sliding scale of between $35 -$60 per session, allowing the patient to decide what they can afford. Additionally, the group dynamic can make for a gentle, supportive experience.

What to expect at Errant Energy Exchange?
Once you check in at the receptionist you can enter in to the clinic, remove your shoes and find an open chair. If the acupuncturist is with another patient, they will be with with you shortly.
If this is your initial appointment the acupuncturist will complete your intake, explain the process and help ease you in to the session. If this is a follow-up appointment – you and the acupuncturist will have a quick review of your previous session and discuss the next steps in your treatment plan.
After your treatment their is a complementary tea or herbal medicine tincture to potentiate the treatment on your way home.
Set up a follow-up appointment! For many conditions it is often recommended for multiple acupuncture treatments for optimal results – the low cost of community acupuncture offers a huge benefit to achieve multiple appointments each month.
