Amanda Haw

Amanda Haw

R.Ac.

Amanda Haw, R.Ac. offers gentle, compassionate acupuncture rooted in classical Chinese medicine and Neijing nature-based principles. Her work supports emotional balance, hormonal health, nervous system regulation, pain, sleep, stress, PMS, digestion, and feeling more at home in the body.

Amanda is especially drawn to the way Chinese medicine sees health as interconnected with the seasons, environment, emotions, relationships, nourishment, and the rhythms of daily life. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, she listens for the deeper patterns shaping each person’s health and supports the body’s natural movement toward balance.

Her treatments are calm, intuitive, and collaborative. She practices equally in a community acupuncture setting and private setting, where accessible and regular treatments can support greater ease, regulation, and relief.

Amanda continues postgraduate study in Neijing Nature-Based Medicine and Somatic Experiencing. Outside the clinic, she finds joy in dancing, tennis, sewing, walking, and deep connections.

She enjoys working with concerns such as pain, stress and anxiety, digestive health, and women’s health, and tailors each treatment to the individual. Her style is calm, attentive, and approachable— allowing every patient to feel comfortable in their body and confident in their care.

Outside the clinic, she is passionate about massage, reiki, and time in nature, which deeply informs her work. You’ll often find her hiking, practising yoga, or enjoying sauna and cold plunges—rituals that inspire balance, resilience, and whole-person wellness.

Nicole McKay Grant

Nicole McKay-Grant

RMT

For as long as she can remember, Nicole has been motivated by a deep desire to support the health and well-being of others. Her path began with the study of kinesiology and work as a personal trainer, where firsthand experience with injuries and movement imbalances sparked a growing interest in hands-on, restorative care. This ultimately led her to pursue a career in massage therapy, where she found a true alignment with her values and strengths.

With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Nicole brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to every treatment. She tailors each session to the unique needs of her clients, drawing from a range of techniques including Myofascial Release Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, and Swedish massage. She has extensive experience working with diverse populations and genuinely enjoys the problem-solving process that comes with helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love.

Outside the clinic, Nicole embraces the outdoors at every opportunity. Whether running or cycling the roads of Victoria, hiking throughout Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, or spending time with dogs—like most West Coasters, she has a deep appreciation for four-legged companions—nature plays a central role in her life. She feels grateful to call this part of the world home and continually finds inspiration in its landscapes, communities, and connection to movement.

My ongoing collaboration with Indigenous healers continues to shape my path and deepen my understanding of medicine as a sacred service.

Among the therapies I offer is Kambo, a powerful traditional Amazonian medicine that supports physical cleansing, emotional release, and energetic alignment. Each session is guided with integrity, safety, and reverence, bringing together ancestral knowledge and a compassionate approach to holistic wellness. It is my honor to share these traditions and walk alongside others on their journey of healing and transformation.
