Join us every week for a deeply restorative journey of heart-opening cacao, intentional breathwork, and immersive sound healing.

✨ Ceremonial Cacao – Begin with a warm cup of sacred cacao to open the heart, deepen connection, and set powerful intentions.
✨ Breathwork – Guided practices to calm the nervous system, release stuck energy, and invite clarity.
✨ Sound Healing – Bathe in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, and other instruments that restore harmony to mind, body, and spirit.
