When coming to a Community Acupuncture Treatment
Please arrive prepared to rest and restore.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing (sleeves and pant legs that roll up easily)
Eat a light meal beforehand (not on an empty stomach)
Bring a water bottle and any small comforts (eye pillow, blanket)
Silence phones and settle in quietly to respect the group space

Fee Schedule and Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.

If you have coverage with other insurance companies your acupuncture treatments are covered as lined out in your plan and can be reimbursed by submitting the invoice we provide you. We will be adding more insurance companies to our direct billing over time. Thank you for your patience
