What to Expect
Join us each Sunday for a heart-opening, conscious-community experience that blends sacred cacao, intentional breathwork, and immersive crystal-bowl sound healing. The ritual begins with a ceremonial cacao sip, followed by guided breathwork to release stagnation and activate energy flow, and culminates in deep resonance through Solfeggio frequencies and sound vibrations to harmonize body, mind and spirit.

Facilitators
Jon Sun Tan brings extensive experience in breathwork modalities and sound-vibration therapy, guiding participants through gentle yet powerful transitions toward inner clarity.
Madeleine Dupuis supports with the cacao ceremony and leads the breathwork and is a supportive, compassionate container — she’s skilled in creating safe, nurturing spaces for transformation and connection.
